Tower Cranes play an integral role in the construction industry. Working in construction sites has always been considered hazardous, thanks to the innovation and technological development that Tower Cranes have made working on these sites easy for contractors.

In the market dominated by foreign players, ACE is the Market Leader. They perform multiple operations such as loading, unloading, and lifting of material with higher efficiency, speed and accuracy. ACE offers a diverse portfolio of Tower Cranes. The range starts from 1.6T mobile tower cranes to bigger size cranes of upto 25T capacity. We offer fixed Tower Cranes, Travelling-type Tower Cranes, Inner Climbing Tower Cranes, etc. These tower cranes are used for civil construction and erection jobs. They have a maximum lifting height of 300 mts. and working radius of upto 70 mts.

Our Flat Top Tower Cranes has garnered a good response from various customers in the industry. Topless Tower Cranes have a compact design, as they do not have a Tower Head. The main benefit of using Topless Tower Cranes is quick and easy erection and dismantling of material. As they can work with low overhead clearances, they are best suited for construction projects near airports. Flat top tower cranes are extremely useful at the work sites where a number of Tower Cranes are working in the close proximity of each other as in the absence of Tie rods, Jib lengths can be reduced upto 20mtrs, hence making the operations safe and easy.

ACE has always been very conscious of serving its customers through continuous innovation and focus on enhancing quality, reliability & safety of its products. We have a strong R&D base which continuously innovates and upgrades the technology. In past few years, ACE has added new safety features for improving the efficiency and reliability of Tower Cranes. Some of the prominent features include:

– (SLI) Safe Load indicators, which provides additional safety apart from other regular safety systems.
– Anemometers, to check the wind speed while working on skyscrapers.
– Dynamic braking system which is used to avoid free fall of loads during the hoisting brake failure.
– AntiCollision Device to avoid accidents for buildings where two or more Tower Cranes are working in proximity of each other.
The company also pays huge emphasis on customer support and after sales services. Apart from continuously upgrading its products and processes, the company regularly trains its operators and staff on their latest technological and product advancements. It has a pan-India robust after sales service network of dealers and area offices which operate out of around 100+ locations and supported by 21 regional offices based at key Tier-I and Tier-II cities. These regional offices are connected with product and zonal heads through our Marketing HQ and a dedicated Product Support Division based out of Faridabad (Haryana). At ACE, we have a dedicated staff of 50 service engineers for catering the customer service of Tower Cranes.
