Roofing is a vital part of any building which protects the whole building, the men and machine under it against all-weather condition of high wind, rain, water, sound, heat & cold. For each type of customers specific needs & requirements are needed for right kind of roofing solution. The durability of roofing material is dependent on the galvanised and protective coatings directly applied to the steel substrate. As a material, steel has long been used in building and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce high quality pre-coated sheeting a system of multi-layer coatings is applied to zinc coated high tensile steel strip and oven cured to ensure optimum adhesion. This gives a sheet with excellent corrosion resistance and climatic protection together with abrasion resistance and high strength.

Specified Roofing Profile Types:

There are various types of roofing sheet available pertaining to specific needs and requirements.

PVC Plastisol coated

A pre-finished steel sheet with a 200 micron coating of high quality PVC Plastisol with an embossed leather grain finish that gives long life, typically 15 to 25 years to first maintenance or repaint, with a life in excess of 40 years in normal environments, and a high resistance to scratching and damage.

Polyester Paint coated

A 25 micron thick smooth enamel coating, economic to use and gives excellent weather resistance, typically 8 to 12 years to first maintenance or repaint with a life in excess of 20 years in normal environments, but only a moderate resistance to scratching. Both sheet types are available in an extensive range of colours, where choice and aesthetic appeal can be matched to environmental and performance requirements. Both types use a light grey enamel coating on the reverse side.

 

 

 

Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets

Polycarbonate roofing sheets are made in wide range of depths and compositions and are known by a number of different names. They are made from high-impact polypropylene resin in a similar format to corrugated fibreboard but are lightweight and tough. They are easy to cut and also to use, with most being able to be cut with a utility knife.

Circular Corrugated Sheets

Circular Corrugated profile are linear sinusoidal in shape. This traditional profile is the most widely-used type of corrugated sheet. They have a classical look, serving all kinds of basic roofing needs. Pre-painted sheets in a variety of colours are also available, giving them additional aesthetic value.

Galvalume Profile Sheets

The Galvalume steel sheets are the type of profile sheets that are manufactured using 55% Al-Zn coated sheet steel, specially designed for certain roofing and siding applications as well as internal automotive parts, appliances and other important applications like computer cases, wooden panels, gutters, pipe, furniture, outdoor cabinetry, etc.

Troughed Sheets

Troughed (Trapezoidal) sheets have an angular profile with robust design. With an aesthetic look, they are a modern alternative to traditional corrugated metal roofing sheets. Troughed (Trapezoidal) sheets are also available pre-painted in a variety of colours.

Stucco-embossed sheets

The ‘stucco’ patterned sheets add a polished look and add aesthetic beauty to your roof. Stucco-Embossed Sheets, also referred to as Hammer-Clad Sheets, are used for insulation, cladding and panelling.

Modern troughed sheets

Everlast Modern Troughed Sheets have an angular profile with a sleek design. They are equipped with a centre rib for better aesthetic, anti-capillary grooves to ensure a leak-proof roof, and an end lip for proper overlapping of sheets. They are a modern alternative to traditional metal roofing sheets.
