The Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) – providing details of CCIL and the transaction process can be obtained from here.
Interested parties can refer page 20, titled “Terms and Conditions for Bidders” of the PIM. CCIL’s Nayagaon Unit is a cement plant located in Madhya Pradesh. It has an annual production capacity of 1 million tonnes of cement clinker, 0.40 million tonnes of cement. The unit is owned and operated by Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) with the Government of India as a shareholder. The plant has been active since 1982 and activity was stopped in 2008.
