Construction activities throughout the country have created a niche for itself in spite of the bewilderment episode of demonetization which took by surprise a few months back. But owing its credit to the Budget 2017 which favors the construction industries, the realty sector has also made a sluggish momentous growth.
A corpus of Rs 1,500 crores proposal has been given to Capacit’e Infraprojects for developing the real -estates belonging to different companies. This construction company’s prime expertise stresses on work related to residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
The Non government company has received these orders from property developers which include that of Oberoi Constructions an amount worth of Rs 300 crores; Rs 500 crores from Wadhwa Group, Kalpataru Group in Mumbai has allocated a budget of Rs 500 crores, Emaar Group in Gurgaon set aside a corpus of Rs 100 crores.
Of the above, orders were also received from Rustomjee Group and Ozone in Bengaluru for Capacit’e Infraprojects works.
