They have set up a state-of-the-art fully automated computerized line from Italy to manufacture ‘Readyfix’ solution – ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm. The machines can bend steel or stirrups to any geometrical shape at an accuracy of +/-10. To begin with Sunvik will also fasten the ‘Readyfix’ items through its trained manpower thereby assuring accuracy in fixing it and also offering complete solution.

A market research initiated by Sunvik has estimated that consumers using ‘Readyfix’ could save around 5% to 7% of the steel consumption, which takes into account reduced wastage, pilferage, lower cutting & bending labour cost, lower inventory carrying cost and pilferage & overlapping.
With Sunvik Readyfix the site engineer just needs to pick up the phone and place his order on the basis of the bar bending schedule. The rest is taken care by the state-of-the-art, Sunvik Readyfix rebar manufacturing facility, wherein TMT are cut&bend to specification and each piece tagged before being dispatched to construction site as per desired schedule.
